Nominee Information

Member Nomination

Responsibilities of Members include, Attending the Annual General Meeting on October 28th at Guelph Sports Dome, Electing Directors, Voting on by-law changes

Board of Director Nomination

Participants and members of the community may choose to let their name stand for election to the Board of Directors. Directors take on a governance role and are responsible for guiding the long-term direction, decision-making, and oversight of the Association. If elected, Directors serve as both Members and Board representatives until their term is complete.

Volunteer Opportunities

We are also seeking volunteers to take on key support roles within the Association. These roles may include uniform coordination, social media/communications, fundraising, event planning, sponsorship outreach, and other essential functions that help our programs run smoothly. Volunteering is a great way to contribute to the success of our teams and community without the formal responsibilities of a Board position.
