We don’t pound ground balls at the team when we work on fundamentals.
This drill is a good example of that.
Team lines up at third, coach rolls easy ground ball to their throwing side.
Player backhand fields ball off of her glove leg, out in front.
She then throws to first and follows her throw as coach throws a easy pop up to her.
She then under hands ball to first and hustles back to receive another backhand.
She throws to 1st and returns to the end of line.
