Position Description: Shall preside at all meetings of the Association and Executive, with the usual privilege of office.  The President shall be charged with the general management and supervision of the affairs and operations of the Association.  Persons running for this position must have served at least one year on the executive of the GMSA.  The President will attend (or designate to attend) all PWSA meetings×

Position Description:
Shall keep an accurate report of the proceeding of the executive and the Association.  ×

David Clayton

Position Description:

Treasurer - Shall keep an accurate record of all monies received and dispensed, to all leagues inclusive, to through the bank and report annually to the association.  The treasurer shall present a statement to the annual meeting of the members of the Association and prepare and submit an annual budget to a meeting of the Executive.  The Treasurer shall submit monthly updates of the financial situation to the executive.  The financial year shall end October 31st of the current year.  A statement will be provided to any interested parties after November 15th of the current year. 

Registrar - Shall collect all monies for registration and keep record of all members who have registered.  Work with President to collect all outstanding funds should it be required.  ×

Theresa Andruskievicz

Position Description:
Sponsorship - shall act as the liaison person with all sponsors.  Shall develop agreements for all House League sponsors.  The agreement will be drawn up and approved by the current Executive.
